Heres the thing. The site I am working on has frames. Google is now picking up the keywords but is linking to a navigation bar, which is virtually useless as you cannot go anywhere.

This is one of the disadvantages of using frames. It's better not use them at all!

I agree with andrews_john. If you look at the top 100 sites, there's a reason that they don't use frames.

...and it isn't because there Web teams are to un-savvy to figure it out.
