does anyone know of a way of scripting an MP3 player that will play and list any files uploaded to a folder on my server so that I can regularly change the contents of that folder and the embedded mp3 player will always relect those changes, preferably using Flash or WM

There are plenty out there already, just do a google search and you can find tons of them. No need to spend time re-inventing the wheel

You can do that in Macromedia Flash 8

There seems to be a miss comunication here
Every mp3 player I have seen requires either the music embedded into the player or the embedded script in the play point to a specific file.

The player that I need needs to read and display the contents of a folder and then be able to play those files with out me having to enter in the file names of the files to be played.

I would like to do a google search for this, but for the life of me I cannot figure out what key words would produce the results I specifically need.
