Ok, I'm not sure how to begin. Let me see if I can describe what I'm trying to accomplish. On my myspace account, I'm trying to make a system where people can put their friendID and a name. Then I would like for this friendID and Name to be appended to a database in the following format. For this example, I'll say that the friendID = XXXXX, and the Name is AAAAA.

I've got an example up on my myspace page ( http://myspace.com/emergeunited_movies) of what I'm going after. Basically I started this project as a way to get all of the politically aware people on myspace to become better connected. Its actually working pretty good, the only problem is, I can't be adding users profiles to the list one by one. Its becoming a royal pain in the booty. I need to know, what stuff will I need (what kind of languages, database, etc..etc..). I don't know any of this stuff, so I'm going to need some help from the ground up.
