Hi all!

I want to build website, but I don't sure which technology to use.
The requirements are:

1. High speed,
2. Reliability,
3. Low price (hosting via own server)
4. Good developers' tools,
5. Support for automatic emails, faxs, SMSs,
6. Tools for upload/download files (for users)
7. Support for automatic data export to files such as WORD, ECXEL, PDF.
8. Possibility to connect to other systems (such as SAP)

Which coding language to use On which server With which data dase
Thank you all for your advises!!!

PHP for me, with a hint MySQL and a dollop of Apache thrown in for good measure

So basically you want the server to be running Apache with PHP and MySQL support
