I have come across many programs that can create webpages and make layouts and templats for your website. I want to find a program that will help make a style that can be used in every browser the same way. I need a program like this because i want my webpage template to work on IE, FF, Opera, and all those others. I see that some webpage styles that i have created do not render the same way they do in other browsers.

For example, Webmaster-Talk.com. The template that there webpage uses renders the exact same way in every browser. I have been using mostly MS Frontpage and Dreamweaver 8, can anybody help?

Just kidding, the reality is, you're just going to have to learn the basics and the differences between the browsers. A tool just really won't be able to do it.

I agree. I have used both FrontPage and Dreamweaver and now I don't use anything but Dreamweaver.. I love it, but the process of figuring out what to do to make your site look the same in every browser can be tricky. The Webmaster talk forums are powered by Vbulletin>> if you used forums you could absolutely ensure cross browser support. But in terms of websites you will have to do a LOT of tinkering. The only way I was able to do it was to learn absolutely every aspect of how my site works and do google searches like: "WC3 no absbottom? fix" where I found out how to position my image to the absbottom to satisfy IE's requirement, While conforming to wc3 standards. Its complicated. I hope this helps
