Hi I had a script custom made for me and I cannot upload it to my mysql because of a couple simple errors (i contacted my host and they said it was easily fixable errors anyways..)

Anyhow I cannot contact the guy who made this for me, and I would like to know if someone could take a look at this and fix the bug for me (and upload it)...
