Well I've just finished the layout for my website, and now I'm searching for someone to help splice and code it in HTML. I cannot offer money, but I can offer hosting.

If you're interested please contact me on AIM at ChancelorXD, as I should be on all day today. Thanks.

How many pages do you have? You can actually use tools like photoshop to cut it out first. Then use tools like dreamweaver or frontpage to arrange it. By using the tools, the work will be very fast.

Using photoshop's Save for Web you can save the splices you make and the html so that you do not have to "assemble it".

If you don't have Photoshop, you can use any image editor to slice and dice. Then re-assemble everything in a table. Be sure to use cellspacing=0 and cellpadding=0 to guarantee there are no gaps between pieces.
