I am looking for someone ( preferebly with extensive php knowledge, or able to catch on quickly) to create website navigation for a banner advertising website.

Brief background on the project:

To create a 'gallery style' navigation to display banner ads with a rating system and comment system. Note this will NOT be a cms / blog style site. It will be complete custom based on the Ad Manager that is already installed on the server. It's essentially a front-end for the Ad Manager php script which is an admin only interface to manage / approve / deny ads to display on the front-end of the site.

Detailed background:

The 'gallery' will have unlimited categories & subcategories. There will be drop down navigation (forms) on the categories / subcategories and ad pages where you can display the amount of categories / subcategories / ads on the respected pages. There will also be pagination where on each of those page (categories / subcategories / ad pages) also the categories / subcategories & ad pages will be show in columns where they can all be adjusted. Ex: 5 columns on the categories page would mean 5 categories would display across the page. That would hold true for the subcategories and ad pages as well.

Also on the ad page,(where the ad will reside) there will be a rating system (under the ad) where you can rate the ad by stars ( 5 star rating system, fairly common to see online) and a 'simple' comment system where you can comment on each of the ads (websites) in the 'gallery'.

Note: The ad manager I use, uses an fopen url to display the ads with their respective tracking info, (clicks / impressions etc..) so the ads (images) themselves are stored in the mysql database, but not the impressions or clicks data. I believe the impressions / clicks data is in the php code. So that is why this is going to require a really good understanding of php to accomplish.

I have a site in mind which contains ideally what I am looking for in terms of the navigation. I will post it in a private message once you take on the project.

Good Luck
-Brian
