atleast once in 4 years?

A couple weeks ago I just opened my old computer from two years earlier. Believe it or not I was worse off than you. A can of compressed air and a vaccum cleaner did the job though.

You must not live in a place that has cold winters. I have to clean mine quite a bit more frequently than 4 years - the furnace running 6 months of the years and recirculating the air does wonders for dust collection!

Haha...I put new accessories inside my computer too often to let the dust build up. I think that the longest that I've ever had a computer and not opened the casing is about 3 months. Even during the winter with the heater running, it's not enough time to collect much dust, especially when I clean it every time I open it

I clean the insides of my computer about once or so a month. I don't know where all the dust comes from in my computer cabinet!

I clean my computer every year.

In a home, dust is 80% human skin cells.

Now I will think about that whenever I am cleaning someones computer, and they have that big, black, mossy/spiderwebby looking crap that smells like old library books all up and down their boards and front panel.

Nice dustbin. Why would you not clean it for four years?

If you didn't have to replace the power supply I'll be amazed....

l0l I've seen more than few like that in my time ... I never had the side on my case these days anyway ... so I just give the machine a swipe everytime I pass
