Is force refresh of IE in Windows "Ctrl-F5" or "Shift-F5"? Or will both work?

What about Firefox?

Yeah always ctrl + f5. It's good for competing browsers to have similar features to another so a user says "hey this is the same, but better." They don't have to learn something totally new.
