Hello

A friend just called me. He is having this problem.

Every time he opens up this computer, it goes to CMOS setup and then he has to do Save without change and then Computer re-starts, only then goes to window.
This happens every time he turn the computer on.
What could be causing this?

I don't think it is battery because he said he changed the battery and still having the same problem.
