Did you Disable the guest account and rename the administrator account to something else?

I recommend downloading belarc which will analyze your computers security and let you know what changes need to be made to 'harden' your XP.

I think there is a program that can remove all the program install and all the saved files of a person who used your computer without your consent. After you restart the computer all saved files and program install is removed.
