I'm spending about 10 hours a day ( 6 days a week) behind my desktop, i have a family so that & other things take my time to.

How much time do you spend behind your machine?

16 hours a day

The last few months I have been doing about 12-14 hours a day at the computer, 7 days a week.

Well, about 8 hours a day. I tend to chat, work, and just do whatever.

I'm pretty much at the computer whenever I'm not eating or sleeping.

I do do other things like sports or video games but I'd say I spend a good 8+ hours a day on the computer.

i spend 15 hrz but now i am busy in study just spend 5 hr

I've been on since 10am, and now it's almost 10pm now. Kinda pathetic if you ask me. But I've been working hard today.

i am in front of my PC for 10 hours on weekdays and 2 hours on weekends.

I'm always in front of my computer when I don't have visitors. Or when I don't sleep.

I didn't realize how often I was on my computer. But it's probably over 10 hours! I personally feel like that is a lot... But I guess others are on just as much as myself or more.

I spend hours and hours daily working on my marketing programs. I'm getting lots of referrals, but want many more. My wife complains how much time that I spend trying to make "a few bucks".

i have cut back to about 3 hours per day.

the key is to work less but more effective, quality work....remember sometimes less is more.

23/7? So there's only one hour that you're not using the laptop and your iPhone. Sounds like a good life style.
