yes, always on top would get the job done. but anyway, it won't still be the one you are looking for, i think it doesn't exist at the moment. anyway, you can also use to see all windows on your screen with just a pressing CTRL+ click on an item on the taskbar, do this again for more windows. what it does is make all of your windows visible.
