is it your own pc that you are trying to configure or other persons pc...?
here i will tell you anyway...if you want to log to administrator account with out password... you need to use ophcrack...download this to your computer and burn it into a cd...then you can use it..it can crack you the password of the admin n other account.. bust be sure that the bios is not password protected and the boot sequence is on cd first...or else it wont be in any use...
or... you could boot into safe mode login to the administrator account and give yourself administrative privileges. Unless they have a password set on it too, doubtful. Just out of nosiness, why do you want to disable the firewall? Firewalls are important.
