My Laptop is...
SATELLITE A215-S5829
Model:PSAEGU-03C01K
by Toshiba.
It had a problem and overheated the chip in the back of the screen. I sent it in because the nice man on the phone said they would fix it for free. They claim that the LCD is not covered in the warranty. When I told her the man on the phone said they would because the chip behind the screen overheated causing the screen to overheat on the inside and leak a green fluid. The women on the phone says, "There is no note left about this.", so I will never buy another Toshiba product. How do I find out which LCD's I can replace it with? The screen is a 15.4" LCD. I want to repair this on my own because I don't think it cost $425.00 because the laptop was only $525.00. Can anyone tell me how to know if the screen will work before I buy it? Also help me find the most affordable one(s).

Edit:
I found a site called screentech, but I want to buy somewhere cheaper.
Here is a page with the specs.

Read reviews first of all and to not do that yourself - let professionals take care of that.

I have a clean room where I work, we only do desktop computers, but this room would work. I was just wondering where to get the parts with affordability.
