No, and for a simple reason:
When the url you give is not found, you are redirected to a search page.
I use applications that check email/web pages/domain by several method, and checking that we have a positive answer from a dns is one of them.
Using openDns, I always receive a positive answer, even for http://www.sfkgjhslighszjkpdoghsdfgsidfgh.com
which makes it useless for me.
So, no, no openDns for me...
