I'm using Windows Mail on Vista and get soooo much spam it's driving me crazy!

I use a pretty good spam filter and it works well.

What I am wondering is if it is possible to set windows mail to play different new mail sounds depending on who they are from?

At the moment, every time a spam comes in and gets deleted I have to check to see if it was important.

It would be great to have a personalised wav to say when a new email comes in from a particular person...

I used to use spam filter but useful letters were lost. Now I do not have any spam filter and do sorting manual

i dont think that there is.

there is no such option in vista....

i think the only way you can do it is through your sound menu but that only works for things like msn messenger and whatnot, i dont think that you can change the sounds if it isnt a program that you dont install
