I'm not that amazed on using that tool. I prefer to use manual cleaning process and mostly freewares do harm your computer. That's only my opinion.

I like Ccleaner as well as spybot and adaware for spyware/adware removal and system clean up. there are also other free tools out there to do defragmenting as well take a look at

I like ccleaner as well. I especially like the ability to set the startup programs. I know it is similar to using msconfig, but it does registry and history cleaning as well as set the startup programs all in one little easy to use program.

Also has a nice GUI.
