I don't know if im posting this in the right place.

I recently switched from Vista to Mac, and I can't seem to figure out how to get the signs "{" and "}" on Mac. I've tried to google it, but couldn't find anything.

Nevermind, i found it on Shift+Alt+8 and 9

Geee, talk about an easy to realize combo when you are programming and using them all the time...

isnt mac supposed to be all easy to use? i mean { and } are really easy to get on PC

i had the same problem as you, i switched from linux/windows to mac and was very confused about the distorted keys.

normally under os X the keys for {} and [] are reachable with ALT+ 5,6,7,8 i guess. i don't know exactly because i changed it to a windows like layout.

but my tutorial is only for european mac keyboards.
try a google search for: DefaultKeyBinding.dict
