Do you know what is the best software for exporting movies from the DV CAM? That is connected via DVI with my laptop and I can watch that on my screen. But how export that?

I use cyberlink dvd suite to transfer all my files directly from my camcorder to my pc. It's easy to use, you could give it a try

Adobe Premiere, might be a bit overkill for your needs but i have found it to be best to capture and convert video from DV cams.
