its really annoying, all windows using this browser should be close..sometimes loading video will take so long, browsing some important article and files..all of this will turn too none if the problem was encountered, thanks to firefox for their recovery feature but you must reload the video again...technically what is the caused of this problem? how to solve it?

I haven't had much of an issue with this happening, but it could be the individual site you are viewing. I'm sure someone else will have a 'better' answer though.

Try to clear your cache and delete your browsing history. Sometimes it does speed up video loading time.

Empty your recycle bin. That also adds up to slow downloading time.

There are so many browser based issues about. I have not yet had any issues but i also advise in clearing up the PC. Run a Disk Clean Up and also Defragment your hard drive using the system tools. (If you are windows Based)

All good advice. I find that emptying the cache is usually the most effective method -- as a point of habit I usually just ditch my cache files whenever I quit my browser, just so I don't get into such situations. There's also the chance that the site you were visiting was having some kind of flash problem (since you mentioned video)

In internet explorer 7:

Disable the phishing filter: This can cause webpages to load very, very slow and in some cases cause the site to time out.

Disable and uninstall all tool bars: Toolbars such as alexa, yahoo, msn and google can cause IE to act funny and crash. I have seen this a lot in alexa and yahoo toolbars. So if you have either one installed, remove them through the system control panel - add remove programs.

Scan for spyware: Spyware such as the alexa toolbar can cause your system to crash. Download adaware and malware - malbytes from download.com, do a full system scan and remove any spyware / adware.

Firefox:

Live happily ever after.
