Hi, i have reformatted one of my PC's and i have encountered this error Bad_pool_caller, have anyone of you ever encountered this? I am in the process of installing a new OS and whenever i got to the part when it will installing process it then displays this error. Sometimes it does not even shows the drive C. can anyone help me with this?

This happened to me a while back. I pulled out my old modem card and the installation went fine.

Can we get more information? Are you getting the BSOD (blue screen of death)? What is the OS?

I got this message a couple times when Windows Vista was exiting sleep/hibernation (forgot which). Not really sure why but I would try preforming a Google search on it.

If I recall correctly, that would be Micro$oft.
