i just got my SMPS repaired and powered on my computer...the CPU started but nothing happens to the monitor....it just remains as it is...what may be the problem???

maybe your monitor is not working. As you said everything is well set-up.

it could be a bad graphic card. Try to swap it and see how it goes.
