Yes.... Its true. Now desktops have i7 processors too. check PC manufacturer's websites for details.

Of course its true! A laptop only has so much space to work with. Granted we are in the age where we have extremely faster computers but no matter what a desktop is always going to be faster then a laptop.

The best thing about laptop is the portability factor. You are able to sit in your bed and check your e-mail or take it on vacation so you don't miss any e-mails.

I would wait on i7 as they are still new technology (cost is a lot) but if you want a affordable quad core I would suggest the Intel Q series. They are very affordable!

I read your problem. So yes it is possible for the desktop pc to have more powerful then laptop. For your desktop I think that quad core will be the nice option. This processor may help you to sort out your problems. Thanks for sharing the post….
