I am using 2 different laptops in my house and how can i monitor the website which is being open in both laptops at one place .. i mean is there any software i can use or something,

when i log in to my router it show me the device attached with it with its ip address, all i am looking to find out i can check particular ip address browsing which website.

Yep. With a proxy server logging all the outbound traffic.

I had once this kind of setup. The router was redirecting traffic to my proxy where from there was filtered. I made this setup with squid proxy. Search google for tutorials on how to do this.
