Windows is the reason Microsoft earns $70+ billion in revenue every year and has remained on top for so long.
But we cannot wait to see what Google has in store for Google Chrome OS. We’re doubtful that it could ever kill Windows, but Google will be Microsoft’s the most strongest challenger yet.

If this Google chromium OS succeeds than Google will defibitely have an edge over Micorsoft. As microsoft is bets knwon for its OS's if google beats him in this one then google will become number one brand in the comupting world.

its too early to say that i will not like google os, because im still enjoying windows 7, we will see when google os is out.

Advantages:
1) Easier to hit with your car on a dark night.
2) Easier to hit with a rock on a dark night.
3) Makes it possible to do away with expensive night scopes for rifles.
Disadvantages:
1) In may not be good for the environment.
2) The increased glow may increase global warming.
3) My daughter would probably think it cute.

Its not an independent os its based on linux, its just a cheap way to get users, I'l use it when its a standalone system

google chrome OS was announced last year and will be launched in the mid of this year.
but it is only beneficial for linux users because this operating system is based on linux and will run only on specifically designed hardware.

It will never take over windows. windows is a household name. people and company's go with what they know.

I think sticking with Win/Linux is the best you could do. Chrome OS? Neah, maybe only for browsing online, the Chrome browser.
