Try Kaspersky Internet Security, it comes with a great firewall. Another option is TrendMicro Internet Security, it also has a very stable and reliable firewall.

Comodo

I use the following for security -

AVG Free
SpyBot
Comodo (firewall only)

Zone alarm is a good firewall, that is the firewall i use and it can be used with windows 7.

i think zone alarm is the best firewall ever made you can also use some good firewalls as kaspersky internet security

what do you mean by "never able to configure Comodo to work properly in your network". I also use comodo for my win 7, i might get a same problem like yours in future

Comodo just didn't work properly. Computers from local network didn't see each other (I even added these to access list, etc).
