I have got Vista on my laptop and it is not better then XP!
XP is more simple..Vista always glitch!!!

Installed Vista from XP didn't like it much but stayed with it. Then 7 came out and now its all good

after a month with vista i had enough .it is not good at all.then i tried 7 ,but after 2 months i returned to XP -that is the best

i switched from XP to vista and found it far better than xp.
but after using windows 7 in a friends laptop i find windows 7 to be much better than vista.

Oh... I forgot to reply your real question. It definitely not worth to replace xp with vista if you have a better OS in the market ie Windows 7

Skipped Vista and went straight for the full and proper release... Win 7 Pro (64 bit)!

its a good operating system but not that much popular as other os of microsoft ,windows 7 is better then the vista .one thing i like in vista that is the vista themes

why not go for the newest i.e. windows 7

I agree with you. However I prefer to stay on the windows XP.

windows vista is an evolution to new opereating system. but unfortunately it has many drawback like software compatibility and it need large amount of resources like RAM processor. If You have 2 or 3 years older pc then then Vista create problems. But windows 7 is better option instead of vista . it is really very good opereating system

Vista is terribly bad. XP is way much better than Vista. If anyone wants to switch to Vista from Xp, it will be mere wastage of time.

I would recommend windows 7 in place of Vista or XP.

I do not like Vista deeply. Xp is good. Now I am trying using Win 7.

I hate Vista, it is very inconvenient for me to find something.
