Hello, thanks in advance for your help..
I just transferred my hosting account which I had with GoDaddy to a VPS and I had everything change (i.e. nameservers) and everything went to go well and smooth...but are the mailservers supposed to change too?
The reason I ask is because when I changed the nameservers, the mailservers seemed to transfer too. I wanted to keep my emails with godaddy but just change the host.
One major reason I changed my hosting was because of my increase in email marketing. The mailservers are completely different than the webserver which sends my marketing emails (script installed on my hosting server, correct?)
I still have some old files on my godaddy hosting account which is still active (can this be why the mailservers also transferred over?)
GoDaddy tech support didn't seem to be much help and I thought maybe you could help...thanks again for any help if possible.
