First remove the battery of the laptop. Press the power button of the laptop and keep it pressed for about 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, release the power button and let the laptop sit for a minute. After a minute, replace the battery and then try to start the laptop.

I think clean you laptop is the answer of this problem or consult to your nearest computer expert stores.

stop booting.... no power i guess depends on what you did before it goes like that.

Providing answers is useless unless he states what did really happen for the problem to occur. Please describe more about your problem.

Can you give us more details about the issue. Like do you get any error messages when you boot up or do you only see a blinking cursor on top left of the screen? or Does it do a memory test?

Hardware and software failure could resulting in the hard disk can't boot.
Soft Failure Resulting in the Hard Disk can't Boot

Well if it stop booting its really hard to distinguish the problem but mostly the problem is cause by a broken HD.
