I need your help.I am suffering last 10 from this error on my pc.
I have a fly b340 ds mobile.Internet working on mobile is good but when i connect my pc then show this error "error 692 there was a hardware failure in the modem or other connecting device" i read you have also this problem so if you have solution then please tell me.. nitin.square1@gmail.com

Get a new modem.

This is internal modem.

They still "break"


If it's a laptop it will be under a plate on the bottom side, take it out and reseat it.

desktop machine, take it out and reseat it.

If it still has a problem.

I have desktop and i connect my mobile with usb cable.

Error 633 the modem (or othe connecting device ) is already in use or is not configured properly.

Now how to solve this error

option A: Reboot the machine with a full power off for 30 secs.

Option B: Start in "Safe Mode" , Uninstall the drivers. Reboot. Reinstall the drivers.

Option C: Get a new modem.
