I tried out Chrome and Firefox, Firefox is still more quicker and better than chrome in all aspects.

No google products are more secure. They all are insecure for the individual data you are not going to share.

^You look right, man. I do not trust googlу (as well as apple BTW) and suppose it has got every reason to gather your personal informatin and all the means of this activity. Firefox is my fave.

About Chrome being faster than Firefox - it's true, v8 was really a kick in the **** for FF. I remember a few years ago I've played with 3D rendering on a 2D canvas. FF was 1000 times slower than Chrome for the JavaScript. FF may be catching up, I'm not sure as I haven't touched it in a while (you could try http://thesalesgenerator.com/playground/3d2.php - I get 3ms 333FPS in my chrome 13.0.772.0 dev).

About security, don't really know much... it alerts about https problems, like invalid, expired or not certified SSL certificates, and I've seen phishing alerts from it... I can't see why you need more than that, but anyway...

About addons and all that, Chrome has already WebApps and extensions, and their WebShop is getting filled pretty fast.

What would you need more ?

As for the thread's topic - I prefer Firefox, but sometimes I use chrome. Haven't been suffering anyhow.

None is completely, absolutely safe. When it is desired, everything could be hacked or become a victim of trojan. However if to choose between the browsers, I shall prefer firefox.

Chrome is just Super fast.

Still do not think Chrome is any better. Anyway this is the thing of taste.

I think google chrome is more secure cause some add on and virus can not install in to chrome browser. but firefox is good for business purpose case it gives support for lots of plugins and addons.
