my computer notebook is HP Pavilion dv2627, In less than a year, because the graphics card cooling is not good, resulting in some problem on the screen
So I changed the graphics card,
then less than a year later , appeared the same problem.
I will not believe HP again.

I haven't bought any HP stuff for years. I used to love their printers.

I am a repairer of laptops. I have seen many Brands/Models over the last 4 years come into our repair shop and i have to say out of all the Brands, HP's are the ones that suffer from the graphics issues the most!!
Now you might have a machine that hasn't suffered from the problem, this could be down to a few reasons.
1. You only use it frequently. (Never really gets too hot.)
2. You use it on a table or hard surface (cooling system works properly as opposed to using it on your lap or the bed as most teenagers do today.)
3. You might have Intel Graphics chip in your model. (Nvidea graphics chip models are the major problem; Intel Graphics seem to be better.)
HP knows of the older issues of the DV range, and has extended warranties in certain countries around the world because of them. What they probably don’t know of though is that we have seen newer models that still suffer from the same problem.
I am not saying that other Brands don’t suffer from it because they do, we have seen Dell, Sony’s, Toshibas, Acer, etc. all suffering from the same problem but not in the quantity that we have seen HP machines suffer.

I am totally with Google and I see that change unless / until something really catastrophic happens. Dieter told me to sell my soul and enjoy all the free services and exceptional and sell what I did. I have drastically reduced what I share on Facebook in the light of his private life he faces, however, went ahead at full speed with Google.
