Had a few problems with a new laptop (Acer Aspire 5732Z) getting an error saying that windows cant load the files due to some hardware that is not connected or faulty hardware.

Eventually got it booted, reverted to factory settings, worked fine but after a week its saying the same...

Rebooted and now i get the launch startup repair screen which if i select is says windows is loading files, the progress bar shoots toa third full and then doesnt move. If i select start windows normally it either freezes on the screen or it displays loading windows but no colours swirl and it doesnt load.

What could be wrong? really need help with this and this is a new laptop!!

Return it under warranty.

Once, run the laptop in the Safe mode. Again, restart it to run in a normal mode. It should definitely work .

If I meet this question, I will return it. This is probably hardware problems.

If it is new and i think it is having some hardware concern,return to the retailer or call up on customer representative to do it for you,.why you need it to take so much of risk..
