Hey everyone,

Does anyone know a way were I can make a file of my website, and then if a user downloads the file and opens it, my website will show up.

I have tried .html and .url, but they only show a source of the site and I am trying to bring up the full live site.

Hopefully that made sense

And I would prefer it if the file extension works for all main browsers and on any operating system.

It's called a "shortcut" and no you can't.

Alternatively, perhaps you can just create a little pdf file talking something about your website, then put your weblink within that file, like a shortcut?
