whois.sc can get you the owner/organization of the IP -- the WHOIS info will show email contact info.
But to use that info to spam them -- I wouldn't bother if I were you, unless you enjoy being booted from your hosting provider and/or ISP.

I think MYIP BASIC is good free IP Email address finder software. I don't no more about that but I think It is good.

there's plenty out there for free on the net. useful if you need to know where some annoying emails are coming from.

Use ip finder its best and you will easily use it to find different ip.
