Distorted Images, Help me fix this graphic issue

This is what's showing on my browser

I'm using FF 5
All other images are fine except this.
This is what it looks on IE 9
ie.jpg
Can someone please tell me what's wrong and how to fix this?

Hey Shey, the problem looks like a compression artifact.
I did a search on Google and found a discussion with suggestions on how to fix the issue ( although the thread starter had a macbook pro, but it's worth a shot to look at the solutions )

Hey Marc,
This is just so weird, after replying to a post in Python, this issue I was having just got resolved! I didn't change anything hmm 
I can see the image fine now

How about using Firefox then,Or have you checked the code?Hope you can solve the problem as soon as possible.
