Im loving the TABBING feature, and the grid stuff. The easy add on manager, and it seems like the internet is running faster?
I have no problems, also the text seems more Clear? .

It is much better then previuos versions of IE , but it still has a long ways to go to be better then FF or even Opera IMO.

Hmmm... been using the first Beta of IE7 for ages now... I'll have to go see what Beta 2 is like. Already of the oppinion that it is way better than Firefox (Mind you I was of that oppinion about IE6 too...)

that thing with all of the windows all spread out looks like Apple's Expose. I love expose and I hope IE adds a shortcut for easy access.

IE7 is sweet. Much faster browsing than Firefox.

I personally don't think I can go back to IE. I've used FF for a long time now and even carry FF on my thumbdrive to use it at uni.

I tried to first beta of IE and didn't work due to compatibility issues with McAfee. That wasn't a good sign for me.

Thus the name 'beta' Genrally, you can't use issues like this as a guide to what the final program is like since 'beta' means that it's still essentially under development...

Interesting have not heard about this looks great. I love Firefox too much to change though.

I understand it was beta, but with that compatibility issue I knew that I would have more issues.

I tried the new beta last night and found it kept crashing every 10-20 minutes.

I am going to continue with FF, I never intend on as much as downloading 7. I use IE for windows updates, if I didnt do that I would have uninstalled it beacuse its a waste of space

So it looks ok, have they fixed any of the problems or is it simply a face lift with a price tag?

Yes, they've fixed a huge number of issues - my faveorite being the PNG Transparency.

IMO, it's all set to give Firefox a much needed kick up the backside
