hi can anyone help me i got this mate who trying to install somethink on her computer but she pretty hopless with computer only problem is she lives miles away so i cant pop round and sort it out is there anyway i can connect to her computer with her permission and see what she doing and then adviser her or take controll and install the software for her

how i do use windows remot axcess then and basically she not that great with computer she want to install her new webcam but its it now working i think i know waht wrong but sheaint got a clue what im going on about
