Many ways to do that. HJT can show you all the programs you have on your computer, you can go to start>control panel>ad/remove programs to see most of your programs, etc. If you need help removing spyware, just let me know and I can help you with that.

Try going to Sysinternals Freeware, a ton of great tools there that I use on web servers and workstations. You might be interested in these...
