Hi Gersha
I am really sorry to see how frustrated you are, i have found that sometimes you need to walk away for a day and then come back to the problem with a fresh approach, i know its not easy to do but just try, anyway after my health advice to you i will now try and give you some technical help.
I am almost 100% sure that this will be a isp (internet service provider) problem, if all the other webmaster members here can access your site including myself then i would look down your isp route, and here is why:
Are you useing Broadband, if so have you had it upgraded to a higher bandwidth which means have you increased your speed say from 2mb to 8mb, doing this can cause problems for your line from the telephone exchange to your master socket (phone jack) in your house, the reason behind this is that with every telephone line that goes to a household there is a certain amount of what is known as loss on the line, if you are a long distance from your local telephone exchange then by your isp increasing the bandwith on the line this causes even more loss and eventually the line will fail for a period, this does not last for long and then the line recovers and you can go back online for a while again, this is commonly know as dropping out in the telecomms business.
Now your isp and your telephone providers will not accept any responcibility for this and you will be pushed from piller to post with call center bull!
The only solution is to keep pestering your telephone company to decrease your bandwidth speed of you bb line.
Another solution would to check your website out on a friends machine and see if you can access it from there, if you can then you know that the site is ok.
I would honestly think though that you have a line problem or your isp are makeing some changes and are not coming forward with any helpful information!
I really hope you get sorted soon, i have been there!

P.S. You could also try changing your rj45 cable, it may have gone faulty or as the other guy said your router port may have developed a fault, as in all these cases its a trial and error elimination process!
Good luck
