A client of mine (Hibiscus Florals) sends out custom quotes for their silk wedding flowers.
Most emails go through fine, since the custom quotes are only send after an initial conversation and I have a no-spam policy in force. In other words, they're given the email over the phone.
The problem is that the custom quotes end up in the junk mail folder in Hotmail and probably CompuServe (although not officially verified as of yet). They're legit emails that aren't sent for any other reason...but how do I let MS know that to keep it from happening again?
Talkupation gladly rewarded for anyone that can help. Thanks.
The problem is that I'm not, and I don't have access to their accounts.
What I have been able to do since I asked this question is solve the Hotmail issue. It had to do with the use of a logo in the email (they're HTML emails). So now the email sent is graphics-free and it goes through fine.
In the case of CompuServe, I believe it's either a word or a phrase that my client put in that's triggering it. More testing will be done.
