OK.. I am an admin on this board: http://www.fractical-fx.co.uk/forum/. The problem I've been having is that there are sometimes two or three days of the week that I can't see the site. It shows "Server Not Found". However, everyone else can see it just fine. Is this a computer issue, web browser issue, or just that server not working properly for me? If anyone knows what's going on, I would so appreciate a solution if there is one out there.. Kinda' frustrated because I'm supposed to be one of the top admins, but I can hardly ever get on due to the "Server Not Found" thing. As of right now, I still can't get on and it's already been three days. Any help given is much appreaciated.

You should contact your ISP. It sounds like a problem with them.
