Blu-ray or HD-DVD what one do you think will win ? I personally think it will be HD-DVD because has microsofts backing and they have the money to help it succeed

I purchased an HD-TV back in September and this question has haunted me ever since. I don't think we will truly know until one of them takes the forefront or they both get together and collaborate on some new design.
HD-DVD get's my vote. The capacity differences between the two are negligible, so that doesn't really matter. HD-DVD is already on the XB360 which already makes it more accessible then Bluray, and it is cheaper.

yeh i'm getting HD Player... i think it will take off slightly more than blue ray... when people go out to a shop to buy a player... they're gunna be looking at price... and also if they do have a HD TV at home... they're gunna prob think more of the HD player just simply coz they both say HD
