The other day my freedom(anti virus program) wouldn't let IE go online. So It got deleted. So can NE one help me get this pc running better? Thank-you You all have a great day...=) Sinea.
Hi Sinea and welcome to Webmaster-Talk. It's hard to know what the problem might be without being able to be there with the computer. I could take some guesses, but I think you might get better results by finding someone who can physically be there with you.
Most of what you describe sounds like some normal things as you use a computer more, but they could also be symptoms of having accidentally downloaded some spyware or something similar.
When you say your arrow (I assume you're talking about your cursor) moves around where it wants do you mean that while you're sitting there it moves on it's own or do you mean when you try to move it somewhere it doesn't always go where you want it to go?
I'll move this thread to the computer forum since it's more likely someone looking there might have a suggestion to help fix things, but I think it might be best to find someone in your area who can look at the computer.

Hi Sinea, I have a lot of family in NS & PEI - it's absolutely beautiful there!
Steve is right that you would be better off getting help from someone actually there. It could be spyware or it could be running too many programs for your processor or it could be dust in your pc or a few other things. Without seeing it and knowing the specs of your machine it's hard to diagnose it.
If I understood correctly, during download, your computer will slow down a bit if you give it another task. It's totally normal that if a computer is given two things to do at the same time, it will be slower than if it does them seperetly.
