I want to know what would be the best way to send out a newsletter to all of my clients. I did it before with a built in mailing list feature in my Plesk dedicated server, but when I did that I was put on mchsi.com black list, and couldn’t send email to a number of my clients. I have also done it where I put everyone’s email in Bcc line of the outgoing email, which worked ok, but I think that there must be a much better way.

Another question of mine is; how you include pictures in an email, possibly with a background, set up like a webpage?

I would suggest you try something like Camaign Monitor - http://www.campaignmonitor.com. HTML emails are tough, and with MS's new blunder with Outlook 2007 they're going to get tougher.

In order to avoid being banned for spamming, you need to set up a subscription process.. and you can do that with Campaign Monitor.

I think there are some restriction on number of mail id including during sending the newsletter.
As LadynRed said its going to be tougher on Outlook express 2007 and I hope your newsletter don't have spamming contents.Even i have tried to collect related tutorials about how to reach our mail to the destination from spam filters.There are many guidelines given on that site.I will collect the details and will send you for a effective newsletter bulk mailing.
