ugh free cleaners scare me lol.

I had the same problem.I didn't know what to fix and delete and what not!
Until I tried Tune Up utilities.After it found 800! erros and corected them my computer was running so much faster!
But it was a trial and ended after 30 days.Then I found this one at giveawayoftheday.com
It's almost the same and very easy to use.If I'm not sure about something I just don't delete it!Also the program gives you the option to backup every change you make.

i use RegCleaner (russian soft if i'm not mistaken). good stuff, i'm satisfied
