I use avg. but if you really want to be protected you could change your operatin system to linux or get a mac. Both cant get viruses.

I've been running NOD Corporate on my workstations and AVG @ home. I just like the extra apps that you get in the NOD for work which integrates with my system with ease and the ease of installation after deployment (when I put in a new workstation for example) compared to minor glitches I've noticed with other well-named brands.
