I am using Avast Home Edition, it is free for 14 months, it is a good anti virus program.

For a free AV solution, I would suggest the AVG product line. Get the free versions of AVG software from http://free.grisoft.com if my memory serves me right. My favorite all in one malware prevention solution is Kaspersky Internet Security. I find it runs super fast and does an outstanding job protecting you from all angles. http://kaspersky.com I believe.
I suggest AVG, if you are looking for something free. If you are ready to spend some bucks, then McAfee is the best. I have used both atleast for 2yrs now, and i am totally happy. AVG free edition allows you to get the latest virus definition updates as well.
Symantec antivirus is great. I've been using this for more than 2 years now and it never slowed down my pc like norton. its really good give it a try.

Hi - I have been using AVG at home, as you can download this for free. However, if you are a business then technically you need to upgrade and pay for it, which is what I did at my care business.
You can get AVG from grisoft click this link to get it for free - http://free.grisoft.com/

Norton 360 has worked best for me out of all the programs I have tried. It does slow your computer down a little bit sometimes, but it has e-mail security, anti-spyware and much more than just anti-virus. Anti-virus software alone will not cut it these days.

Best idea! I did! It's probably the most expensive option, but it's rewarded not only through better security and care-free computing, but the beautifully simple Mac interface that just works
Avast is definitely the best. They arent' the best among anti-virus programs (including paid), but are definitely close with them, and are also the best out of the free programs.
